Who you are actually hiring

My name is Blake. I have been around the cleaning trade since I was a kid, and I have worked it professionally in the East Valley since my teens, first for local companies here in Chandler and Gilbert and then running my own work.

That matters for a practical reason more than a sentimental one. When you call, you get me. When I quote you $99, that is a number I am accountable for, not one a call center read off a script. And when I show up at your house in Power Ranch or Val Vista Lakes or off Gilbert Road, I am the one doing the job, so there is nobody to blame if it is done badly. That tends to concentrate the mind.

Why only dryer vents

Because doing one thing properly beats doing eleven things adequately, and I have watched enough companies try the other way to be sure of it.

A general cleaning company that lists dryer vents alongside carpet, tile, windows, gutters and air ducts is doing your vent between other jobs, with whatever tool happens to be in the van, by a tech who does maybe two of them a month. The economics push them toward speed, because the vent job is the small-ticket item wedged into a day built around bigger ones.

When dryer vents are the entire business, none of that applies. I show up with the rotary brush rig because that is the only rig in the van. I am not trying to get to a carpet job by two. And I have done enough of these in enough Gilbert floor plans that I can usually tell you what your run looks like before I see it.

Why only Gilbert

This is the part that sounds like a limitation and is actually the opposite.

A company covering the whole Valley is guessing at every house. They do not know that the two-story plans in Power Ranch terminate on the roof, or that the laundry closets in the newer Cooley Station builds are tight enough to fold a transition hose in half, or that the single-story homes in the older part of town near Gilbert Road run about eight feet up the wall and straight out the side nearest the dryer. They find out when they get there.

I work one town. I know the housing stock by era, I know which neighborhoods have roof terminations, and I know what I am walking into from your zip code and a sentence about where your laundry room is. That is worth more to you than a wider service map.

It also means the drive is short, which is part of why the price can stay flat with no travel fee attached to it.

How I work

• Rotary brush and vacuum on the full run, not a blower pointed down the pipe
• Roof terminations at the same $99, never a surcharge and never a declined job
• The price quoted on the phone is the price you pay
• Both add-ons are optional and I will tell you when you do not need them
• You see the pile of lint that came out before I leave
• The dryer goes back where it belongs and gets a test run
• No upsell to services this business does not even offer

What I will not tell you

A quick note on this, because the trade has a reputation and it is partly earned.

I will not tell you your vent is a fire hazard to scare you into an add-on. Blocked vents genuinely are a fire risk and that is on the rest of this site in plain language, but it is context, not a sales tactic. I will not invent a problem inside a wall that neither of us can see. And I will not quote one number and produce another once the dryer is pulled out and you are committed.

If your transition hose is already rigid and in good shape, you do not need the $98 hose upgrade and I will say so standing right there. If your machine is two years old, the lint trap housing is probably not worth $98 yet. Gilbert is not that big a town and the fastest way to be done in it is to sell somebody something they did not need.

Why hire us instead of the other guy

There are a lot of companies in the East Valley who will clean a dryer vent. Here is exactly what separates this one, in plain terms, so you can hold anyone else you call to the same standard.

We only work in Gilbert

Not the whole Valley. Not Phoenix, not Scottsdale, not Surprise. Gilbert. That means we already know that a Power Ranch two-story vents through the roof, that the laundry closets in the newer Cooley Station builds are tight enough to crush a hose, and that the older homes off Gilbert Road have short side-wall runs that nobody has ever touched. A company covering four hundred square miles is guessing at your house. We are not.

We only do dryer vents

This is the whole business. We are not a carpet company that also does vents when the phone is slow, and nobody is going to show up and try to sell you an air duct package, a tile quote or a window special. You booked a dryer vent, you get a dryer vent, and we leave.

Roof vents are included, not an upcharge

This is the one that catches people. Most two-story homes in Gilbert terminate through the roof, and the common play in this trade is to quote a low number over the phone, arrive, look up at a two-story tile roof, and either add a fee or walk away. Our $99 covers the roof. Ask anyone else you call whether theirs does, before you book.

Every price is published

$99 for the cleaning. $98 for the lint trap housing. $98 for the hose upgrade. All three are on the pricing page where anyone can read them, which means there is no version of this where the number changes once we are standing in your laundry room. If we find something genuinely unusual, you hear about it and decide before any work happens.

We brush the full run

The cheap way to do this job is to point a blower or a shop vac into the opening, move the loose lint at the ends, and drive away in fifteen minutes. It looks like a cleaning and it leaves the compacted material in the middle of the run, which is the part actually restricting your dryer. We drive a rotary brush the entire length and run a vacuum the whole time so the lint leaves your house instead of getting pushed deeper into it.

You see what came out

At the end of the job there is a pile of what was in your vent, and we show it to you. It is the least sophisticated quality check in the world and it is also the only one that matters. You will know immediately whether the job was worth $99.

We tell you when you do not need something

Both add-ons are optional and we say so on every page. If your transition hose is already rigid and in good shape, you do not need the hose upgrade and we will tell you that standing right there. If your machine is two years old, the lint trap housing probably is not worth $98 yet. The easiest way to lose a customer for good is to sell them something they did not need, and this is a small town.

What it costs

$99 flat for a standard vent cleaning, roof included. Two optional add-ons at $98 each. All of it is published on the pricing page, because you should not have to book a visit to find out a price.
